SEOUL, July 18 (Korea Bizwire) – LG Electronics has launched a new TV model “Classic Minibeam Projector” (model named PG65K), evocative of an old film projector. With a small dimension of 12.5×12.5×6.0 centimeters, the projector TV is highly portable in camping and other outdoor activities. As it is capable of playing more than 2 hours without an extension cord, users can watch full-length movies with one battery charge.
The projector’s low-power, environmentally friendly LED lamp can last up to 30,000 hours. Assuming 4 hours of use a day, it is equivalent to 20 years of time. The user can connect the projector wirelessly with a variety of devices such as the computer and smartphone so that she can enjoy multimedia contents saved anywhere.
It also supports the Plug-and-Play feature that can execute videos, PowerPoint and Excel files through an external hard drive or a USB memory stick without a computer. The new model’s suggested retail price is 1.05 million won. To celebrate the kickoff of the sale, the company will offer every buyer of the Classic Minibeam Projector a free high-definition TV antenna and a tripod.
