SEOUL, April 7 (Korea Bizwire) — Louis Vuitton will hold a free exhibition entitled ‘Past, Present, Future,’ at D Tower in Gwanghwamun from May 1 to 17.
The exhibition will feature works by Nicolas Ghesquière, who is the creative director of women’s clothing for Louis Vuitton. The works are divided according to 9 grand themes that inspired Ghesquière during his preparation for the 2015 Louis Vuitton spring and summer collection.
Visitors will be also able to experience the feeling of being in the front row at a Louis Vuitton fashion show, as the exhibition will feature a part of the company’s stage for the Paris fashion week.
An official said that the exhibition will provide opportunities to experience Nicolas Ghesquière’s integration of the 160 years of Louis Vuitton tradition into the present collections, and how he envisions the future of the house.
The exhibition will be open from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays and 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekends.
