Gwangju, July 24 (Korea Bizwire) – As a 34-year-old male with no job, ‘Oh’ fell into financial difficulties and credit delinquency after acting as a guarantor for his older sister.
Oh came to a bizarre resolution after he was furious with rage when he was constantly called to repay a debt when he didn’t even have a job.
He began to collect dog poop and selected women in their 20s as victims. With the collected waste in a plastic bag, he attacked women by smearing it on their faces with his hand.
It was revealed that Oh let his anger out on four different women from October 2014 to February 2015. He was caught after investigators reviewed CCTV footage from cameras nearby the crime scenes, and was arrested for assault.
Oh said that he wanted to incite fear by initiating physical force on his victims. The court considered monetary penalties, but ultimately selected a prison sentence.
Gwangju judge Mo Sung-joon sentenced Oh to eight months in prison, and two years of probation.
