SEOUL, Jan. 21 (Korea Bizwire) — Queried about the biggest concerns with using 5G smartphones, the majority of respondents in a new survey pointed to battery life, overheating, and durability.
LG Electronics Inc. conducted a survey of 1,000 smartphone users in South Korea and the United States, 65.3 percent of whom said they were most concerned about battery life when using a 5G smartphone, followed by overheating (44.6 percent), performance/stability (43 percent), sensitivity/durability (30.9 percent) and design (19.4 percent).
“The results show that we need to ensure the stability of our 5G smartphones based on outstanding battery life and proper heat-dissipating features,” said LG Electronics.
