LOS ANGELES, June 19 (Korea Bizwire) – Bibigo, a leading international fast-casual restaurant offering a modern twist on traditional Korean cuisine, will celebrate the grand re-opening of its Century City Mall location on Wednesday, June 25, to reveal several restaurant updates, including a revamped assembly line and new menu items. The updates support Bibigo’s dedication to showcasing Korea’s most well-known cuisine, including sizzling hotstone bibimbap in a customizable format that allows each visitor to choose the perfect combination of ingredients and build a delicious and nutritious meal exactly the way they want it.

“In an effort to enhance the customer experience and help people discover the distinct flavors of Korean cuisine, our Bibigo location at Century City Mall has undergone a significant renovation that enables customers to tailor the components in our signature hotstone bibimbap as well as other menu items to their personal liking,” said Rachel Kang, vice president of strategy for CJ Foodville. “We’ve also added several new menu options to continue meeting the needs of individuals that have special dietary needs and health preferences.”

Bibigo’s Century City Mall renovation includes the following changes:

  • Revamped assembly lines with customizable options including vegetable, protein and rice choices designed to immerse restaurant-goers in the bibimbap-building experience
  • Streamlined menu boards to increase the ease of placing orders
  • Reimagined menu items, including the boldly flavored Bibigo Noodle to make the unique characteristics of Korean food more accessible, as well as “lighter” options, such as Bibigo’s Light & Fit bowl, to appeal to the growing number of health-conscious individuals

To celebrate the grand re-opening, Bibigo will host a sweepstakes for 25 lucky fans to win a “Bibimbap Passport” featuring 25 free bibimbap bowls (to be enjoyed through December 31, 2014). Customers may register for the Bibimbap Passport giveaway at the Century City Mall location on-site during the grand re-opening on Wednesday, June 25, or online at Facebook.com/BibigoUSA through July 31, 2014.
