BIGBANG’s G-Dragon Announces World Tour in 19 Cities

SEOUL, Apr. 26 (Korea Bizwire)G-Dragon, leader of South Korean idol band BIGBANG, announced his third solo world tour of 19 cities, according to his agency Tuesday.

G-Dragon will kick off the “ACT III, M.O.T.T.E” tour with a concert at Seoul World Cup Stadium in western Seoul on June 10, YG Entertainment said.

The artist will then travel to seven American cities, including Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago and New York, and also stop by Toronto, Canada. He is then scheduled to put on gigs in Macau, Singapore and Bangkok, and later at four cities in Australia and New Zealand.

G-Dragon is slated to cap off the tour with three Japanese shows. He plans to announce additional shows in the near future. Details on the exact dates and tickets will be provided later.

The singer-rapper of BIGBANG, which has one the highest profiles of all-time among K-pop acts, previously held solo world tours in 2009 and 2013. The 29-year-old is also currently in production of his new solo album.
