Bank officials are considering giving special lectures with speakers from the Monetary Policy Committee or bank executives.

The BOK is also expanding programs for ordinary people to educate them on economics.

Every Friday afternoon an open course is offered to explain various macroeconomic theories and pending issues. Education programs for elementary, junior high and high school students, and an adolescent economy education volunteer group are also being offered.
