SEOUL, July 28 (Korea Bizwire) — South Korean book publisher Minumsa Publishing Group said Wednesday it had published the fifth series of its “waterproof book” that enables reading while playing in the water.
The company has published a waterproof book every summer since 2018. The books are made of eco-friendly waterproof mineral paper.
Even when they are wet, they can be kept without deformation after being dried. Accordingly, they can be enjoyed at the beach or in swimming pools.
The fifth series consists of two different anthologies, each combining three short novels based on two different keywords, such as family and blue water.
“Just like vacation brings some change to everyday life, placing it in some other time and space, the six novels would bring some change to the way people think about family and blue water,” Minumsa Publishing Group said.
