BUSAN, Oct. 27 (Korea Bizwire) — A stair-climbing competition for firefighters took place at Haeundae LCT, a 101-story tall seaside skyscraper complex in Busan on Wednesday.
A total of 670 firefighters from across the country participated in a race to climb 2,372 stairs from the first floor to the 100th floor.
For firefighters wearing a casual uniform, the fastest time was 14 minutes and 57 seconds.
Wearing full gear and carrying equipment weighing up to 20 kilograms, the top time was 29 minutes and 10 seconds.
