Serving as judges for this year’s competition were Laurel Sims of the  Insurance Institute for Highway Safety; Alexandra Holiday from the  National Highway Traffic Safety Administration; Carolyn Tran, lead  application analyst with GEICO’s mobile team; and Karen Violette, senior  graphic designer with GEICO.
