Constellation Brands Prices Offering of Senior Notes

VICTOR, N.Y., July 21 (Korea Bizwire) – Constellation Brands, Inc. (NYSE: STZ and STZ.B), a leading beverage alcohol company, announced today that it priced the public offering of $1.0 billion of 2.250% Senior Notes due 2031 (the “notes”) for a public offering price of 99.555% of the principal amount of the notes. The notes will be senior obligations that rank equally with all of Constellation’s other senior unsecured indebtedness.

Closing of the offering is expected to occur on July 26, 2021. Constellation intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to redeem prior to maturity its outstanding 2.700% senior notes due 2022 in the aggregate principal amount of $500.0 million and for general corporate purposes, which may include the repayment of near-term debt maturities.
