For VIP customers, a personal shopping consultant will be available for reservation. Reservations can be made via Lotte Department Store’s smartphone app after choosing an item of interest.

I have a friend who is a journalist in Korea. She was telling me how well-prepared they are as a community to adapt to the current situation. All businesses have devised ways to maintain the safety standards and catch up with the big break due to the lockdown. It is understandable that nobody wants to get left behind.
