HAENAM, May 9 (Korea Bizwire) — The Dinosaur Festival for Children, hosted by Haenam County in South Jeolla Province from May 5 to 7, ended in great success despite unfavorable weather conditions.
This festival, which took place for the first time at the Haenam Dinosaur Museum, attracted an estimated 25,000 visitors until May 7, including about 7,000 on the first day.
During the festival, a 30-meter-long air bounce and rail train were installed in the lawn area of the Dinosaur Museum.
In particular, the children’s expedition program, which was designed to explore Uhangri, a natural heritage site famous for fossilized footprints of dinosaurs, enjoyed special popularity.
The festival also included a variety of performances, including a dinosaur bubble parade, bubble show, and magic show, accompanied by dinosaur air avatars and numerous soap bubbles.
