SEOUL, Jan. 20 (Korea Bizwire) — The Disneyland Resort in the U.S. state of California is hosting a traditional Korean performance in celebration of the Lunar New Year.
Every year, Disneyland invites South Korean, Chinese and Vietnamese communities that celebrate the Lunar New Year to host traditional dance and music performances.
This year, the festival will take place from Jan. 20 to Feb. 15 at Archway Stage inside Adventure Park.
The Jung Im Lee Korean Dance Academy, a Korean cultural organization in Los Angeles, will perform during the opening (Jan. 21) and the finale ceremony (Feb. 12).
Following a request from Disneyland, the academy will showcase a traditional fan dance, sword dance and flower crown dance.
