District Office Thanks Residents for Adopting Abandoned Animals

SEOUL, Nov. 22 (Korea Bizwire)Seoul’s Gangdong District plans to hold a homecoming day ceremony next Monday to thank those who adopted abandoned pets at ReBorn Center.

The center is an animal welfare agency established to improve public perception of abandoned animals and foster a healthy pet culture.

The ceremony will offer various programs for pets and owners to make name tags for pets, aroma deodorant, consultations on animal behavior, and decorate a Christmas tree.

Since its establishment in November 2017, the agency has sent more than 300 abandoned animals for adoption or returned them to their original owners.
