SEOUL, Aug. 21 (Korea Bizwire) — Pizza restaurant chain Domino’s Pizza announced on Sunday it has launched a new AI chatbot service through which users can place orders online.

‘DomiChat’ is an artificial intelligence-based service that allows users to place orders on the internet or using a mobile app easily by talking to a chatbot, making Domino’s a pioneer in the pizza industry, according to the company.

When you are on the desktop or mobile version of Domino’s official website, clicking an icon located on the right of the page will see a pop-up chat box appear on the screen where users can place orders for any item on the menu by chatting.
