Former Sistar Member Hyolyn to Release New Album Feb. 6

SEOUL, Jan. 22 (Korea Bizwire)Hyolyn, leader of the now-disbanded girl group Sistar, will release a digital single Feb. 6, her own agency Bridge said Monday.

The 27-year-old singer has prepared to work as a solo artist since the disbandment of the group in June last year, participating in the soundtrack to TV series like KBS 2TV’s “Black Knight” and MBC TV’s “Money Flower.”

“The new song in preparation will show a wide musical spectrum of the singer,” a Bridge official said. “On the back of this song, she will step up her activities as a solo artist.”
