SEOUL, April 20 (Korea Bizwire) — Samsung Electronics has introduced a new feature in its Galaxy Watch 5 series that uses skin temperature data to predict menstrual cycles. The feature uses Samsung’s temperature sensor technology and algorithms from the contraceptive app ‘Natural Cycles’ in addition to the existing calendar-based menstrual cycle prediction method. The feature will be available in 32 countries, including South Korea and the US, and will be supported by the Samsung Health app, starting with Bluetooth models.
