SEOUL, Sept. 6 (Korea Bizwire)The 2017 Gangnam Street Dance Festival Beat One will be held at Coex on September 6. Starting at 6 p.m., the b-boy and freestyle dance show is expected to boast over 1,000 dance contestants.

The itinerary is jam-packed with a dance battle competition, cover dance performances and an EDM party.

The headline event, the dance battle, will see 16 teams from all corners of the country duking it out for a grand prize of 7 million won. The competition will be divided into the two dance categories of b-boy and freestyle dance.

The judges will include Soul K, MMary, Hozin, and last year’s festival’s winning team member and France’s Break the Floor Competition winner Kim Hyun Woo of Jinjo Crew.

The event will be live-streamed on sports dance channels and on the website www.kpopcon.net.
