Genesis Reveals GV60 Concept Designed for Rescue Support Tasks

SEOUL, Jan. 24 (Korea Bizwire)Genesis, Hyundai Motor Group’s independent luxury brand, said Friday it has unveiled a concept vehicle designed for rescue support tasks in rugged terrains and challenging weather conditions.

The GV60 Mountain Intervention Vehicle (MIV) concept was revealed this week at the World Economic Forum 2025 in Davos, Switzerland. It marked the third consecutive year that Genesis has showcased a concept model at Davos.

The concept, based on the Genesis GV60, is an electric vehicle (EV) designed for exceptional off-road performance, inspired by small unit support vehicles.

It prioritizes occupant safety and mission functionality, with all accessories meticulously chosen based on their quality and durability.

The GV60 MIV comes with snow tracks, medical supplies, emergency communication and warning systems that support mountain rescue operations in extreme conditions.
