SEOUL, Korea, Oct 25 (Korea Bizwire) – Hana Tour, the package tour operator, has launched a new tour package “Eco-friendly Jeju Tour” under which customers can rent an electric car. The offer includes an all-electric car and lodging in a luxury recreational vehicle or a resort hotel.
The company offers this jointly with SK Networks which rents out the “Rey” electric vehicles that can run up to 100 kilometers at a single charge. This is sufficient for one day of driving within Jeju, with 21 fast-speed recharging stations conveniently located all across the island.
Available from November, the Jeju travel package starts from 218,000 won per person for two nights including lodging, round-trip airfare, and 54-hour electric car rental. To celebrate the new offer, Hana Tour will hold a special promotional event in which it gives away Jeju tangerines, soap made of Barbary figs, and peanuts from Woo Island to those customers who have uploaded photos of Mt. Halla, Olleh Walking Trail, or traditional markets after taking the package tour course.
