INCHEON, May 23 (Korea Bizwire) – Sierra Blair-Coyle is a professional rock climber and a two-time U.S. National Champion climber. But she decided to climb something extraordinary using devices that are more commonly used around the house.

She conquered a 33-storey building (140m), using only the vacuuming power of LG’s latest CordZero vacuum cleaner. It was a part of LG Electronics’ efforts to publicize the power and efficiency of its product.

Sierra strapped on two vacuum cleaners, one on each shoulder, and started climbing up the building relying only on suction plates she was holding in each hand. And just like Tom Cruise in Mission: Impossible, she advanced upwards one step at a time.

The staff cheered the moment she reached the rooftop.

The new CordZero uses LG’s independently-developed smart inverters and LG Chemical’s lithium ion batteries, with 200 watts of suction power.

The total weight of both cleaners and the climber was approximately 70kg.
