SEOUL, March 6 (Korea Bizwire) – Hundreds of cyclists gathered at the Bugak Skyway Palgakjeon Pavilion on Sunday to pray for another year of safe riding, with their gear and bicycles laid down and lined-up, covering the entire vicinity of the pavilion.
The annual ritual was organized by local clubs and societies for bike riders, and marked its fourth anniversary this year.
February 5 was also “Gyeongchip,” one of 24 divisions of the lunisolar calendar, which is recognized as the day on which hibernating insects awaken.
