SEOUL, June 6 (Korea Bizwire) — Hyundai Motor Co. and IKEA Korea announced Monday their joint space marketing exhibition, “Green For-rest,” which will run until Sunday.
The exhibition is taking place in the outdoor garden of IKEA Korea’s flagship store in Gwangmyeong, southwest of Seoul, and features eco-friendly Hyundai vehicles alongside IKEA’s home furnishing ideas.
The exhibition space is divided into three themed zones: the Kona EV Zone, Ioniq 6 Zone, and NEXO Zone, named after a number of Hyundai’s eco-friendly vehicle models.
Each zone showcases related products following the concepts of “beach picnic,” “your own space for comfortable work and relaxation,” and “green garden,” respectively.
Visitors who share photos of the green forest exhibition on social media will have a chance to win free Blue Hands air conditioning filters and IKEA gift cards through a lottery system.
A representative from Hyundai Motor expressed the intention behind the collaboration, stating, “We aim to provide people with the joy of sustainable outdoor activities through the combination of eco-friendly vehicles and IKEA products.”
They further emphasized their commitment to sustainability and hinted at the presentation of a variety of collaborative content throughout the exhibition.
