SEOUL, April 23 (Korea Bizwire) — Hyundai Motor Co. said Thursday that it will begin offering services for corporate customers that purchase an electric vehicle (EV) guaranteeing all processes including installing, using, repairing, and returning charging stations.
The ‘EV Charging Solution’, made possible through an agreement with sTraffic Co., a local train charging infrastructure developer, offers free rental services for EV charging stations to all corporate customers purchasing Hyundai EVs.
As part of the service, Hyundai will set up both quick (100-kilowatt) or slow (7-kilowatt) chargers free of charge, and will rent them out for free during the subscription period.
Regardless of the number of EVs purchased, there are no limits to the number of EV stations that can be installed and rented out.
As long as the user fulfills a certain amount of usage within the five-year subscription plan, they can be used without any charges for maintenance.
