SEOUL, May 31 (Korea Bizwire) — Hyundai Motor Co. announced that the company’s high-performance N models completed the 2022 ADAC Total 24 Hour Race on Saturday and Sunday at the the circuits of Nurburgring in Germany.
Hyundai’s Elantra N TCR and i30N TCR participated in the TCR class and the i30N Cup Car competed in the VT2 class.
The Elantra N TCR and i30N TCR ranked first and second in the TCR class race, while the i30N ranked fifth in the VT2 class race.
In the overall rankings, the Elantra and i30 N TCR ranked 18th and 31st while the i30N ranked 83rd.
The Elantra N TCR won the TCR class race for the second consecutive year.
A total of 135 cars participated in the competition, of which 93 completed the race.
Hyundai Motor’s N brand set a new record with its seventh straight year completing the race since its debut in 2016.
