SEOUL, Dec. 16 (Korea Bizwire) — The World Institute of Kimchi on Thursday released a video that clearly explains the difference between kimchi and “pao cai,” another type of pickled vegetable consumed in China.
The video, titled “What Makes Kimchi So Special,” is five minutes long and comes with English and Chinese subtitles. It is now being distributed through social media channels.
The video invites a culinary expert to easily understand the difference between kimchi and pao cai by making them on camera.
The video explains that there are clear differences in how kimchi and pao cai are made, how they taste and how they are stored.
