The event included three courses certified by the Korea Association of Athletics Federations, including the half marathon (21.0975 kilometers), the normal course (10 km) and the coastal course for walking (5 km).

The organizing committee decided to exclude the full course (42.195 km) in consideration of the scorching heat in June.

Participants from in and out of the country competed under great weather, running along the beautiful Jeju coast.
