SEOUL, July 11 (Korea Bizwire) — Kakao Brain, an artificial intelligence (AI) arm of tech giant Kakao Corp., announced on Monday the release of Karlo 2.0, a super-giant AI image-generating model that instantly creates vivid images.
Karlo 2.0 is a large-scale AI that has been trained on a dataset comprising more than 300 million pages of text and images.
For example, by simply typing “a cat with light blue eyes,” the model can comprehensively understand and generate corresponding images, according to Kakao Brain.
With faster image generation compared to the previous version, Karlo 1.4, users now have the ability to generate images of their choice.
