SEOUL, April 7 (Korea Bizwire) — Hyundai Motor Group‘s social enterprise Easy Move will introduce a RV Ray remodeled vehicle which allows a driver to control the car while sitting on a wheelchair. Named the ‘Ray Easy Move,’ the car will be launched at the Seoul Motor Show on April 8, said Easy Move on April 6.
Individuals can enter the car on a wheelchair, and manipulate the accelerator and the brakes using hand controls. The Ray Easy Move will be also launched at an affordable price, as it can be produced with only minor modifications compared to existing Ray models.
The car is designed as a three-seater, but also converts into a five-seater when the vehicle does not need to carry a wheelchair.
