SEOUL, May 3 (Korea Bizwire) —Korean Air has unveiled a special Boeing 777-300ER aircraft wrapped with photos of the members of BLACKPINK, a popular K-pop girl group, in honor of the Busan World Expo bid. The plane will promote the Expo by flying around the world, starting with a flight from Incheon to Paris.
The unveiling event was attended by Prime Minister Han Deok-soo, Korean Air CEO Woo Ki-hong, and representatives from YG Entertainment. Korean Air has signed a strategic partnership agreement with YG Entertainment to become the official airline sponsor of BLACKPINK’s world tour.
