SEOUL, Nov.19 (Korea Bizwire) – Korean cosmetics brand Tonymoly announced that it has opened a store in Mexico City, the capital of Mexico. The new store represents the company’s first foray into Latin America.
The store is located in the Hamburgo district of Mexico City. The shop features a ‘Professional Makeup & Hairzone’, which is an area staging Tonymoly’s products. A photo zone has also been established, harmonizing with a natural interior inspired by the Mexican landscape.
Officials from Tonymoly explain that even though the store was only open for four hours on its launch day, November 17, sales reached $10,000, reflecting a positive response from consumers.
Tonymoly currently operates 2,000 stores in 25 countries including China, the U.S. and Russia.
