SEOUL, May 30 (Korea Bizwire) – The Korean National Police Agency revealed Sunday that its officers will start wearing redesigned uniforms in June. The new uniforms feature navy pants with turquoise tops for regular duty police officers, and ivory-white tops for traffic police.
According to the agency, the color turquoise represents both warmth and coldness, embodying trust, protection, and passion but also strong vitality. It symbolizes the agency’s will to strictly enforce the law, but at the same time treat the public with a warm heart.
