Seoul city officials announced that a total of 165 exhibitions have been held since the opening. An average of 28 exhibits featuring citizen participation have been held each year for the past 6 years, and the total number of visitors has surpassed 650,000.

The Jabeolre is located under the Cheongdam Bridge. It is built on piers, and the overall design of the building reminds one of an inchworm. The area is also the filming location for part of the blockbuster movie ‘Avengers 2’.

The passageway that connects the subway station (Ttukseom Resort Station on subway line 7) to the structure is open to the public and rented for free, so that citizen artists can exhibit their pieces.
