SEOUL, Apr. 16 (Korea Bizwire) –LG CNS, a leading digital transformation company, has comprehensively enhanced its enterprise-grade generative artificial intelligence (AI) platform, which was initially launched in October of last year.
The company announced on April 16 that it has added the Knowledge Lake, GenAI Image, and GenAI Talk solutions to its DAP GenAI (Generative AI) Platform, designed to assist corporate clients in developing AI services.
These new offerings complement the existing GenAI Text solution, which implements language generation AI services and large language models (LLMs).
The newly introduced Knowledge Lake enables companies to transform internal documents into actionable knowledge, facilitating the discovery and utilization of relevant information.
Through the GenAI Image solution, users can generate intricate images or effortlessly produce customized large vision models (LVMs).
Meanwhile, the GenAI Talk solution empowers businesses to build conversational chatbot services based on generative AI, ultimately boosting productivity.
LG CNS stated that it has maximized the platform’s capabilities by incorporating the technical assets accumulated from over 20 generative AI business case studies conducted last year.
Corporate clients can install the platform on their existing servers, cloud infrastructure, or other IT environments, enabling them to create and leverage generative AI services tailored to their specific business needs.
To address the hallucination phenomenon, where generative AI models produce false or distorted content, the platform utilizes internal information assets such as documents and data held by the client.
Additionally, LG CNS highlighted that the platform can readily integrate emerging generative AI technologies, ensuring that customers always have access to the latest AI capabilities.
