SEOUL, Jun. 17 (Korea Bizwire) – LG Electronics has unveiled a premium experience space called “Another Hanok” in Madrid, Spain, designed to showcase its AI-powered appliances and energy-efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions, the company announced on June 16.
Another Hanok is a traditional Korean-style building outfitted with LG Electronics’ high-efficiency energy products, achieving 100% energy self-sufficiency. The space serves as a “net-zero showroom” for LG’s business-to-business (B2B) customers, strengthening networking opportunities with this sector.
To significantly reduce energy consumption, Another Hanok features LG’s popular R290 Monobloc heat pump system, known for its high efficiency in heating and cooling. Additionally, the showcase implements a home energy solution that generates electricity through solar power and stores excess energy in an energy storage system (ESS).
Inside the hanok, visitors can experience a range of LG’s energy-efficient AI appliances, including the LG OLED evo TV, LG PuriCare AeroFurniture, and the LG Tromm WashTower laundry system.
Jaime de Jaraiz, the head of LG Electronics’ Spanish subsidiary, stated, “Another Hanok will serve as a business space for meeting with B2B customers in Spain and as a base for promoting LG’s brand slogan, ‘Life’s Good,’ which carries an optimistic message about a better life and future.”
