SEOUL, May 21 (Korea Bizwire) — LG Electronics Inc. said Wednesday it has signed a deal with CSC ServiceWorks Inc., a leading U.S. laundry service company, to supply commercial washers as part of its broader strategy to expand its business-to-business (B2B) operation.

Through the agreement, LG Electronics aims to strengthen its presence in the North American commercial washer market, according to the Korean company.

CSC ServiceWorks operates 1.5 million commercial laundry machines across the United States and Canada, serving multifamily residences, commercial facilities and other industries.

As part of the collaboration, LG Electronics will also provide its smart laundry service solutions via the Laundry Crew app, which allows operators to remotely monitor and manage machines and receive alerts in the event of potential malfunctions.

LG Electronics said the latest move builds on the company’s recent momentum in the B2B sector.

Last year, the company secured a deal to supply commercial washers to WASH, another major U.S.-based laundry service provider.

According to Research and Markets, the U.S. commercial washing machine market was valued at US$1.43 billion in 2024 and is projected to grow at an annual rate of 5.6 percent through 2029.

“With our industry-leading technology and trusted brand, we aim to establish ourselves as a key player in the global commercial washer and dryer market,” LG Electronics said.
