SEOUL, Aug. 24 (Korea Bizwire) — LG Electronics showcased a broad lineup of commercial laundry appliances at Clean Show 2025 in Orlando, Florida, unveiling artificial intelligence–driven machines and digital management tools as the company pushes deeper into the global B2B appliance market.
The biennial Clean Show, which opened on August 23, draws more than 9,000 participants and is considered the largest laundry and textile care exhibition in North America. LG has been a steady presence at the event since launching its U.S. commercial laundry business in 2008.
At this year’s fair, LG displayed its flagship “LG Professional” series, featuring large-capacity washers equipped with AI that analyzes loads and optimizes wash and dry cycles.
The machines detect drum vibrations with precision to shorten laundry times, even with heavy loads. Dryers are built with inverter heat pump technology that improves energy efficiency and reduces fabric damage compared with conventional heaters.
LG also promoted its Laundry Crew app, which allows operators to remotely monitor equipment, receive error notifications and perform smart diagnostics. Updates this year include a redesigned user interface, enhanced user experience and expanded global payment options. For clients seeking customized solutions, LG highlighted use cases of its open API, enabling hotels, hospitals and dormitories to integrate laundry management into their own systems.
The company is expanding aggressively in North America and Europe, following recent supply deals with U.S. market leaders WASH and CSC ServiceWorks. LG said it will roll out the Professional series in both markets later this year, after its initial launch in Korea.
Industry analysts see a bright horizon: according to research firm SkyQuest, the global commercial laundry market is projected to reach $10.8 billion by 2032.
“By combining energy-efficient hardware with advanced digital tools, LG is positioning itself as a leading solutions provider for businesses of all sizes,” the company said in a statement.
