SEOUL, Aug. 12 (Korea Bizwire) —LG Uplus announced on August 10 that it is launching a new TV commercial for its “LTE Live Broadcasting” service, which allows users to broadcast video feeds from the smartphone to their living room in real time for the first time in the world.

LTE Live Broadcasting is the world’s first video LTE service in which the video filmed by the smartphone outside can be shared in full-HD images and in live-time with family, lovers or friends watching the video feed through the TV in their homes.

The TV commercial is starring Son Yeon-Jae, Korea’s beloved rhythmic gymnast and G-Dragon, a solo artist and a member of highly-famed K-pop boy group Big Bang; both talents are considered celebrity models in the TV ad industry of Korea.

Starting with Son Yeon-jae saying, “Yeon-jae’s broadcasting, cue!” the beautiful gymnast boasts her gymnastics skills while she tapes herself with a smartphone, and G-dragon is struck with awe while watching her through his TV in his living room in the commercial.

LG Uplus said that the young gymnast was highly praised by everyone on the set filming of her comfortable display of high-difficulty techniques and sylphlike body line.

An official in LG Uplus said, “We think that the techniques that only Son can show represent well the service that only LG UPlus can provide, and thus we believe she really fits nicely in the commercial. We plan to continue our promotion of the unique services of our company with various types of ads.”
