SEOUL, Dec.23 (Korea Bizwire)LG Electronics has announced that it will launch its G Pad Ⅱ 8.3 LTE, a tablet capable of LTE data transfers, through LG U+.

The product has an LTE communication module which makes it possible for it to connect to the internet if Wi-Fi is unavailable.

Considering that consumers often use tablets to watch online lectures or other video clips, the features are most suitable for watching multimedia.

The 8.3 inch full HD display provides clear images, and the aspect ratio is 16:10, so the device will display most videos without any stretching or distortion. The 2GB of RAM helps the videos play smoothly.

The device also features a standard USB2.0 port, so that USB devices can be connected to it like a PC. The thickness of new tablet is 8.8 millimeters, which is the minimum thickness possible when standard USB ports are used. Improvements have also been made to LG’s Slim Type Styler’s Pen.

In addition, a Microsoft Office package comes pre-installed, allowing users to work with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint documents.

The factory price is 396,000 won, but subsidies of up to 210,000 won are offered, and additional discounts can be applied depending on the payment plan selected.
