CHANGWON, Feb. 12 (Korea Bizwire) The number of municipal governments that are subsidizing pet medical care as a way to improve the welfare of pets and pet owners is increasing.

The South Gyeongsang provincial government announced on Thursday that it will provide financial assistance for pet medical expenses to low income groups for the first time this year.
