This event, organized to commemorate the 140th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries, will be centered around the theme of ‘K-Heritage, A New World.’ It will offer a diverse array of cultural experiences that draw upon Korea’s rich cultural heritage.

The special event will kick off with a London reception, where prominent figures from the cultural and artistic communities of both countries will gather. From November 1 to 25, the first-floor exhibition hall of the Korea Cultural Centre UK will host the media art exhibition ‘Here with You – The Beauty of Korean Heritage.’ This exhibition will transform UNESCO-recognized Korean cultural heritage sites, such as Changdeok Palace, Seongsan Ilchulbong (Sunrise Peak), the Suwon Hwaseong Fortress, Andong Hahoe Folk Village, and Bulguksa Temple, into works of art created by renowned British artists, bringing these landmarks to life in a stunningly realistic manner.

Visitors can also immerse themselves in an exhibition space that evokes the essence of the Yeondeunghoe Lantern Festival, classified as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, symbolizing the illumination of truth to create an inclusive and bountiful world.
