SEOUL, Dec. 5 (Korea Bizwire) – The Seoul International Sourcing Fair, a major business-to-business consumer goods exhibition, opens December 4 at the COEX convention center, bringing together over 300 companies from around the world for a three-day showcase of products ranging from gifts and home goods to beauty products and digital health technology.
The event, running until December 6 in COEX’s Hall C, has attracted approximately 100 international companies from Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Switzerland, and other countries, raising expectations for significant import-export deals.
A highlight of this year’s fair is the Goods Store special exhibition, now in its third year. The exhibition focuses on ESG-friendly merchandise, art goods, and local products, targeting younger consumers of the MZ generation.
The fair also features a Sourcing Pick corner, where companies can gather ideas for product design and manufacturing by examining a curated selection of outstanding products.
Adding to the international flavor, the first Tokyo International Gift Show in Seoul will be held concurrently on December 4 and 5 at The Platz on the second floor. This sister event to Japan’s largest consumer goods exhibition is expected to create additional business opportunities for fair attendees.
The business potential is further enhanced by the overlap with the Korea International Trade Association’s overseas marketing exhibition, taking place in Hall B on December 4 and 5.
“The Seoul International Sourcing Fair will once again prove to be the optimal platform for creating business opportunities between domestic and international consumer goods companies, while connecting industry experts from around the world,” said Lee Dong-gi, president of COEX.
The exhibition showcases products across multiple sectors, including gifts, living essentials, beauty products, smart technology, digital health, fashion, and food, offering attendees comprehensive access to emerging trends and potential business partnerships in the consumer goods industry.
