SEOUL, May 14 (Korea Bizwire) — Hotel The Plaza in Seoul will present a gala dinner by Massimo Bottura, chef patron of three-Michelin-starred restaurant Osteria Francescana in Italy. One will have to reserve by phone (02-310-7780) and pay 500,000 won to enjoy a dinner composed of 7 courses at the gala, which starts at 7 PM on May 21 on the hotel’s top floor. The gala dinner will pair each course with a different wine.
Bottura, famous for his inventive creations that incorporate traditional and modern ingredients, will visit Korea as a guest chef as part of ’2015 Seoul Gourmet.’
