While President Obama was giving his speech, tweets and comments about the mid-length yellow dress worn by Michelle Obama spread like wildfire on the Internet.

According to the AP, the dress was from Narciso Rodriguez, an American designer, and is sold on the website of New York department store Neiman Marcus for $2,000.

Her sense of fashion has attracted widespread attention over the years.

The black mermaid lined Vera Wang dress worn by the American First Lady at a dinner with Chinese President Xi Jinping also created a buzz in September 2015.
