NAMHAE, Oct. 3 (Korea Bizwire) — A new observatory has been built in Namhae County, South Gyeongsang Province, where visitors can enjoy views of Dado Beach and a coastal cliff that stretches down 30 meters below.
Namhae County has invested 8.3 billion won (US$7.1 million) and recently completed a construction of a skywalk. The observatory will open in November.
The skywalk is 36 meters in height, 4.5 meters wide, and 79 meters long.
The rear end of the bridge features a glass floor through which visitors can enjoy views of the coastal cliff.
In addition, a special swing has been set up at the end of the observatory where people can experience the thrill of towering over the ocean as they enjoy a ride.
At night, visitors can enjoy the beauty of Dado beach emphasized by landscape lighting.
