National Museum of Korea Opens New Source for Traditional Assets in Overseas Museums

SEOUL, April 1 (Korea Bizwire)The National Museum of Korea has opened a new page on their website, where individuals can find information about Korean cultural assets currently owned by overseas museums, said museum officials on March 31.

Anyone can gain access to the web pages of 24 foreign museums from 7 countries, dedicated to Korean cultural assets under their own possession, by clicking a submenu under the ‘Jeonsi’ menu on the museum’s Korean language version website, www.museum.go.kr.

The new page provides direct links to 24 museum websites organized by continent and country. The museum website also provides a PDF guide about known Korean assets in Korea and abroad.
