SEOUL, Sept. 11 (Korea Bizwire) – South Korean internet giant Naver announced on September 11 that its online translation service “Papago” has added Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian and traditional Chinese to its translating capabilities.
With Korean, English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Spanish and French already on board, the latest inclusions means Papago is “ready to go” in 10 different scripts.
The service is available on PC, and an app version can be downloaded from iTunes or from the Google Play Store.
The app uses images in conjunction with words in an effort to reduce the risks of mistranslation.
