SEOUL, May 12 (Korea Bizwire) – Lotte.com, a major Korean online shopping mall, is offering a new custom-tailored shirt service that offers customers the convenience of placing orders from home, along with a men’s shirt brand called Luke & Dan.

According to Lotte, the new tailoring service does not require customers to visit a store to have their measurements taken, yet orders can still be placed like you would with ready-made clothes.

Customers can customize their options by choosing the sleeve length, collar shape, and whether they want pockets or not. They then send Lotte a sample of a shirt that fits well.

Once the order is complete, the delivery company will come to pick up the shirt. Luke & Dan will deliver the new product along with the old shirt within 14 days. All shipping costs are free.

To celebrate the launch of its new service, Lotte.com is organizing a special shirt-care event, offering 500 customers a shirt tailoring and laundry service for 2,500 won. The event starts on May 13 on a first-come-first-served basis.
