POHANG, May 22 (Korea Bizwire) — South Korea’s largest fireworks festival will be held in Pohang, North Gyeongsang Province.
The city of Pohang and the Pohang Cultural Foundation will be hosting the 2019 Pohang International Fire and Light Festival from Friday to Sunday at Hyungsangang Park.
The festival will consist of a variety of performances and programs, alongside an international fireworks show scheduled for Sunday and daily music fireworks shows on Friday and Sunday.
This year, the festival will hold South Korea’s largest fireworks performance across a launch field that stretches as wide as 1 kilometer, larger than the Busan Fireworks Festival (900m).
